What is a hydraulic piston rod?
A hydraulic piston rod is the hard chrome plated steel rod that connects the piston inside a hydraulic cylinder to the load it moves. It works under high pressure and slides through the cylinder seals, so it needs high strength, a smooth surface and resistance to wear and corrosion.
